Position: Mortgage Broker
Employment Type: Employed
Salary: to £30k + commission + hit bonuses
On Target Earnings: £80,000
Location: Office-based with some WFH days
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days with service

• High-Quality Leads: A plentiful supply of leads via different introducers, including several independent estate agents and the leading auction house in the south-west. An in-house Marketing Manager supports marketing activities to help keep business coming in.

• Full Administration support: Provided by an in-house team of five experienced administrators. The admin team generally key the applications, write the suitability letters (the adviser has to check them and send them to the client), and do all the chasing on the case through to completion.

• Flexibility and Autonomy: Embrace a grown-up environment that respects your work-life balance. There is scope to offer some flexible working options once the candidate has completed their probation period (we currently have some advisers working 1-2 days from home per week).

• Earning Potential: In your first year, you can expect to earn a minimum of £65,000, thereafter £90,000 +. The top 3 advisers banked £319k, £276k, and £225k respectively last year.

• Close-Knit Team: Join a supportive and close-knit team where collaboration and mentorship are encouraged, fostering a positive and enriching work environment.

• Train to become a Specialist Broker: Their sister company offers bridging, development finance, and commercial mortgages where any adviser can earn very lucrative commissions (we command some of the best commissions in the industry).

What we're looking for:

• 2 years of mortgage advising experience

• CeMap or equivalent

• Strong relationship building

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

• Exceptional customer service.
