Are you an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor looking for a fresh new challenge with the option of working hybrid?

We're working with a successful mortgage brokerage based in Lincoln that is currently looking to expand its team with a new Mortgage and Protection Advisor. This brokerage works closely with a well-known Independent Estate Agency as well as other lead sources, providing a strong monthly lead flow.

Working hours:

• Full Time
• Monday – Friday 9 – 5 pm (Flexible)
• Hybrid working available

The successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor will be offered:

• Potential guarantee for the first 6 months
• 25% Commission

Mortgage and Protection Advisor requirements:

• Driven to achieve targets and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle first appointments and subsequent sign-ups
• Full CeMAP qualification
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage and Protection Advisor:

• Liaising with introducers to ensure effective referrals
• Providing face-to-face advice to potential buyers / homeowners
• Writing Mortgage and Protection business
• Delivering high-quality service in line with compliance standards
