Job summary

MyWork in Essex (hybrid) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to guide clients through residential mortgages, remortgages and protection options.

You will own cases from initial conversation to completion, keeping clients informed and supported. The role involves working with lenders, solicitors and estate agents, building local referral relationships, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge. Hybrid work arrangement with 2–3 days in the office and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• Recent experience advising on residential mortgages.
• Confidence discussing protection with clients.
• Office-based 2–3 days per week with weekend rotation.
• Experience in an established introducer network or tracking referrals.
• Marketing, events and social media experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• CeMAP or equivalent
  
• Recent experience advising on residential mortgages
  
• Confidence discussing protection with clients
  
• Strong communication skills and a well-organised approach
  
• Office based 2–3 days a week and work some weekends - on a rotation
• Experience within an appointed‑representative or network environment
  
• Experience of working within an established introducer network or track record of building referral relationships
  
• Current / Previous experience with marketing, events and social media
