Mortgage and Protection Adviser - Hybrid

• Location: Southeast & London
• Salary: £75k to £85K OTE including bonus, pension, and benefits
• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon to Thu, 8.30am to 5pm Fri
• Work Style: Hybrid / Work from Home; Head Office near Brentwood, Essex; field work around Essex, East London, and surrounding areas
• Applicants must reside within Essex or East London (or nearby) to attend appointments and visit the field office once per week

The Role:

Join us as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser to drive residential mortgage sales and enhance customer satisfaction. You will provide advice, report to the adviser team management, and expand business from our customer database, website, and inquiries. Your customer interactions will lead to referral opportunities with our equity release and wealth management teams, offering additional earning potential. Collaborate with the team both in the field and at the office, promoting Financial Services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored mortgage advice via phone, video, or in person.
• Deliver comprehensive recommendations, including KFIs and Suitability Reports.
• Proactively contact customers and maximize inquiries using our database.
• Ensure FCA compliance in all regulated activities.
• Maintain accurate records according to CRM standards.
• Follow the company's sales process and adhere to Consumer Duty principles.
• Participate in training and CPD activities.

Qualifications:

• At least 12 months financial services experience in financial advice.
• Proven sales success and compliant practice with CAS status.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing professional relationships.
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and industry-standard software.
• CeMAP qualification in Mortgage Advice.
