Job description

Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser – Northwich

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must hold a CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

What’s on offer:

  • On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year
  • Fully uncapped commission scheme
  • Basic salary of £22,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Guaranteed monthly payments while building a pipeline, for up to 6 months

Skills and qualities needed:

  • Excellent communication skills across various channels, engaging with clients from all walks of life
  • Strong multitasking and responsibility management skills
  • Ability to maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers, ensuring high customer service levels
  • Team collaboration skills to identify referral opportunities
  • Proactive in seeking new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and engaging with audiences

Your responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain your client relationships and business opportunities
  • Follow up on in-branch leads and maximize value from each client
  • Generate your own leads and business development
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure smooth processes for clients
  • Provide exceptional customer care from start to finish

Working hours:

  • Full-time, office-based role
  • Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 18:00
  • Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 - 17:00
  • Day off in lieu when working Saturdays

Additional requirements:

  • Legal right to work in the UK (evidence required)
  • Proof of address, National Insurance, and full UK driving license
  • Subject to passing probation
