Job Responsibilities
- Engaging with people from all walks of life to establish their needs and wants, communicating effectively via email, phone, face-to-face, and social media channels.
- Managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking skills.
- Maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers to capitalize on opportunities while ensuring high levels of customer service and engagement.
- Collaborating with colleagues within the branch to identify referral opportunities.
- Taking accountability for KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.
- Appearing confidently on camera to engage audiences, generate and maintain client relationships, and maximize in-branch opportunities.
- Following up on in-branch leads and maximizing value from each client.
- Generating your own leads and business.
- Working closely with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team, and Divisional Sales Director to ensure efficient processes for clients.
- Providing exceptional client care from start to finish, exceeding customer service expectations.
Working Hours
- This role is full-time and office-based.
- Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00.
- Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 - 17:00.
- Day off in lieu when working a Saturday.
Requirements
- Must currently hold CeMAP qualification or an industry equivalent.
- Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
- Legal right to work in the UK, with evidence such as Passport or Birth Certificate.
- Proof of Address, National Insurance, and full UK Driving Licence.
- Subject to passing probation.
