Job summary

Just Mortgages is seeking a Mortgage and Protection Adviser to engage clients across email, phone, face-to-face, and video. The role involves building relationships, generating leads, and meeting KPIs while collaborating with Estate Agency and Compliance teams to ensure excellent service.

The ideal candidate holds CeMAP or equivalent qualifications, with strong communication skills and a proven ability to work under pressure in a busy, office-based environment.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent required.
• Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• Strong client relationship building and multi-channel communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand needs and wants via email, phone, face-to-face and video.
• Multitask effectively across many responsibilities and tasks.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, buyers and developers to capitalise on opportunities and deliver high service levels.
• Collaborate with the Estate Agency team and internal departments to identify referral opportunities.
• Take ownership of KPIs by pursuing new business while nurturing existing relationships.
• Present confidently on camera to engage audiences and grow client base and branch opportunities.
• Follow up on in-branch leads and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business development opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes for the client and ensure exceptional service.

• Spinning a lot of plates, you've mastered multitasking and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks


• Maintaining relationships through regular contact with vendors, buyers and developers to capitalise on all opportunities whilst ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement is sustained


• Collaborating with your peers within your branch to build relationships to assist in identifying opportunities for referrals


• Taking accountability for your KPIs through proactively seeking new opportunities whilst maintaining existing relationships


• Strong presence in front of a camera where you appeal to and engage with your audience to maximize your reach, Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise in-branch opportunities and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment


• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client


• Generate your own leads and business


• Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team and Divisional Sales Director to ensure as efficient a process as possible for the client.


• Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.

Working Hours

• This role is full time office based


• Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00


• Alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00


• Day off in lieu when working a Saturday

The finer details

It is essential that you currently hold CeMAP qualification, or an industry equivalent qualification. Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential. We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need: 1. Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006) 2. We'll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:

• Passport/Birth Certificate

We will also need 1. Proof of Address 2. National Insurance 3. Full UK Driving Licence

• Subject to passing probationary period

To be considered for this role, you must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
