Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds to understand their needs through effective communication via email, phone, face-to-face, and social media channels.
- Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, demonstrating strong multitasking skills.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers to capitalize on opportunities and ensure high customer service levels.
- Collaborate with branch peers to identify referral opportunities.
- Proactively seek new opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships to meet KPIs.
- Present confidently on camera to engage audiences, generate and sustain client relationships, and maximize business opportunities.
- Follow up on in-branch leads to maximize client value.
- Generate new leads and grow your business.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure efficient client processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, office-based role
- Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00
- Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 - 17:00
- Day off in lieu when working Saturday
Qualifications and Requirements:
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent is essential.
- Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising.
- Legal right to work in the UK, with evidence such as passport or birth certificate.
- Proof of address, National Insurance, and full UK driving licence.
- Subject to passing probation.
