Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker or are you looking to enter the industry as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor?

A leading, FCA Authorised specialist brokerage is experiencing rapid growth and with an overflow of leads is looking for a highly motivated Mortgage Advisor to join their well-established team and play a key role in their future success.

The brokerage is also seeking a Trainee Mortgage Broker who is customer service oriented, has a high attention to detail with a genuine interest in finance and property.

SALARY: up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission (First Year OTE £60,000 - £80,000)

LOCATION: Birmingham, West Midlands (B42) (Office Based)

• Qualifications: CeMAP (or equivalent) is essential; CAS status is preferred

• Experience: Proven track record in mortgage sales

For trainees:

• Keenness: Genuine interest in finance and property
