Due to continued growth, our market-leading and award-winning local Estate Agency client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mortgage Advisor to join their successful and outgoing team. This is a permanent, employed job opportunity based in Tuffley, Gloucester.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company that prides itself on providing exceptional service. In this role, you will provide clients with suitable mortgage recommendations from the whole broker market, including associated protection policies.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver mortgage & protection advice face-to-face and via telephone
• Advise clients on mortgage options using in-house software
• Understand client needs and make informed recommendations
• Arrange mortgages and protection policies to meet KPIs
• Collaborate with colleagues to innovate mortgage advice technology
• Work with admin to ensure smooth mortgage processes

Candidate Attributes:

• Full CeMap qualification or equivalent CF1 & CF6
• Relevant mortgage advisory and protection experience
• Strong organisational skills and punctuality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with results-driven attitude

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm + every other Saturday 9am – 5pm, with a day off in lieu

Option of hybrid working up to 2 days per week; part-time hours also considered!

Salary: Up to £70k OTE, including basic salary, car allowance, and a generous commission structure
