A national mortgage brokerage is seeking a Specialist Mortgage Advisor to provide expert advice on both residential and complex lending. This remote role based in the South of England also offers the opportunity to build a team in a growing market. Ideal candidates will hold a full CeMAP and have strong experience in mortgage advisory. The position offers a salary of 30,000 with an OTE of 40,000 - 50,000.

Job description

Our client is seeking a specialist Mortgage Advisor who is experienced in both residential mortgages and other finance lending such as Limited Company Buy To Lets, Bridging Finance, Holiday Lets and Second Charge Loans.

You will be joining a long established mortgage brokerage of over 20 years who operate across the South of England and provide excellent service resulting in numerous industry accolades.

This is a new role as the business want to expand their Specialist Lending service, therefore you need to be confident in your ability. In return, you have the opportunity to receive regular referrals from the established team of Mortgage Advisors, who can refer cases to you.

Alongside the specialist lending cases, you may receive some standard residential cases to keep you busy whilst this role builds.

Our client sees this as a growing market for them, therefore there is opportunity for you to potentially build a specialist lending team and be a team leader.

Their Mortgage Advisers are heavily supported by their Case Managers. Once the mortgage is submitted, the Case Managers will chase this through to completion for you

Specialist Mortgage Adviser Requirements

• You must hold full CeMAP or equivalent
• You must have strong experience as a Mortgage Advisor on residential mortgages and complex lending
