Job summary

PRIMIS Mortgage Network in Portsmouth is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join our established advisory operation. The role offers a self-employed model with leads supplied and a pipeline guarantee, with potential earnings over £75,000; several advisors earn £100k+. We welcome both self-employed and employed candidates; hybrid or office-based work is acceptable, with early on-site presence preferred. Ideal candidates hold CAS and mortgage broking experience, plus exposure to protection products.

Qualifications

• CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience.
• Experience with protection products is preferred.
• EA exposure is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent mortgage and protection advice to clients.

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit a highly experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business based in Portsmouth.
The mortgage business is a long standing Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation who have their own long established multi branch Estate Agency business located across Hampshire.
The firm are now looking for a further experienced Advisor with CAS who needs a regular and reliable lead source.
The role is Self Employed with all Leads Provided with a pipeline guarantee payable for a good period of time.
The splits are circa 50% on leads provided and 70% on self gen.
The firm are a solid firm with no false promises around leads that don't materialise.
This role cannot be compared to that of corporate Estate Agency linked Mortgage Advisory businesses.
The role is self employed with £75,000+ with advisors in this business earning £100k+.
Employed positions are also available.
We are happy with either Hybrid working or fully office based with the expectation being the early period be spent on site in branch.
We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience and ideally EA exposure.
Full PRIMIS lender and 15 provider Protection panel - no loadings to Protection ensuring the very best for the customer.
