Are you ready to take your mortgage career to the next level? A leading and highly successful estate agency is seeking motivated Mortgage Brokers to join their expanding team in Hornchurch. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Mortgage Broker, preferably with Estate Agency experience. This is a full-time, office-based role.

Salary & Benefits Package

  • Base Salary package - £25,000 - £40,000
  • OTE £50,000 - £100,000
  • Uncapped Commission, generous structure (15% - 50% of banked income)
  • Quarterly Bonus & Monthly Car Allowance
  • Full Admin Support from sign-up to case completion
  • Additional Commission after referrals to estate agency, lettings, conveyancing, and surveyors

  • Collaborate effectively with estate agency teams to promote mortgage and financial services

  • Ensure adherence to sales structures, compliance, and quality guidance
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
