Sharman Quinney Estate Agency is seeking a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Peterborough. The role offers an OTE of £60k.

Key responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor:

• Building relationships with the Estate Agency team through training and support
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss best practices and foster relationships
• Conducting 2 to 3 appointments daily
• Providing advice on a range of products and services tailored to customer needs
• Attracting new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a results-driven environment

Skills and experience required:

• Resilient, positive, and friendly attitude
• Proven track record in generating new sales and completing transactions

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent, or willingness to train towards it
