• £25,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission with huge earning potential OTE £72,000
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas off!

• Pre-qualified appointments - High-quality leads booked directly into your diary
• Weekend lead management on a rota - A light commitment to manage diverted calls and inbound leads via email/website (approx. once a month). All leads remain yours to follow up on, creating additional opportunities for free inbound leads
• Hybrid working - Enjoy two days working from home per week once internal training is completed

• CEMAP or CERT CII (MP) qualified
• Minimum 1 years experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• A genuine passion for helping people
• Strong customer service skills with a personal, consultative approach
