Job description

Mortgage advisor needed to join our Norfolk-based client's modern, fast-paced personal mortgage advisory service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has been working in property and is beginning their journey in mortgage advice, seeking to work for a financial company where they can dedicate all their time to providing excellent mortgage advice to leads provided to you.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing expert mortgage advice to clients
2. Assessing and evaluating clients' financial situations
3. Recommending suitable mortgage products
4. Assisting clients throughout the mortgage application process
5. Having in-depth protection conversations with clients to ensure their family, home, and they are suitably protected
6. Staying updated on market trends
7. Maintaining relationships with clients and lenders
8. Ensuring regulatory compliance

Working hours: Monday to Friday with a hybrid opportunity.

The Person:

1. Must possess full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
2. Experience in the mortgage and protection market
3. Proven track record in a targeted environment

5. Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
