Are you looking for an exciting opportunity? Taylors Estate Agency is seeking a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Northampton. OTE £40,000-£80,000.

We are seeking an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process.

You should be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with estate agency teams for training and support
• Attracting new clients and business, achieving professional goals in a results-driven setting
• Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, providing advice on various products and services
• Participating in branch meetings to share best practices and foster relationships

Skills and Experience Required:

• Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
