As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be a vital part of the team, providing tailored advice and solutions to help clients navigate their mortgage needs with confidence and clarity. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Mortgage Advisor and we will consider applicants with time out of the sector.

They are offering for the successful Mortgage Advisor:

• Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (based on experience)
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000 - £60,000
• Hybrid Working available through hitting targets.
• Admin team booking your appointments.

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Proven track record dealing with volume and good attitude towards the sector.
• Proven experience as a mortgage adviser
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Highly organised with effective time management
