Job description

Do you have at least 1 year of mortgage advisory experience and hold your CeMAP? If so, we have 2 great roles here with a company that truly invests in your skills and can offer stability with ample leads for you.

They are an established mortgage broker who specialise in unique packages for customers from commercial to residential. You will be working for a family business, well established in their field. To be considered, you must also be able to drive and ideally be no more than 30 minutes from the office.

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:

• Give advice to clients of this practice regarding all mortgage matters.
• Ensure clients receive suitable advice in accordance with their needs.
• Act with honesty and integrity in your dealings.
• Produce written evidence of your activities as required by the practice.
• Keep your professional and personal skills up to date.
• Report to the compliance officer.
• Comply with internal procedures.

Requirements for a Mortgage Advisor:

• Hold a CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Have experience in a 1st charge mortgage role.
• Have at least 15 months of experience in the mortgage industry as an Advisor.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• £31-35k basic starting salary
