OTE 70K - 80K

Our client is looking to recruit a new self-employed Mortgage Advisor to join their team in New Milton.

This can be a hybrid role or fully remote.

Our client has been trading for over 20 years and have established an excellent reputation with their clients and lenders.

They are Whole Of Market and Directly Authorised by the FCA and not tied to the red tape of the networks.

Your Responsibilities:

- To proactively generate new business (Leads also Provided)

- To support and guide clients through the property mortgage process, through to completion

- Liaising with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and valuers etc.

- To encourage long term relationships with clients that encourage additional lending or re-mortgaging opportunities.

You will have:

- Minimum 18 months minimum experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor

- A CeMAP qualification or equivalent

- Ambition and drive

- Excellent relationship building skills
