What this job involves

As a Lifetime Capital Advisor, you will be provided with a high volume of quality, qualified client leads each week (having your own existing client base is a bonus, not a requirement). You will have the opportunity to provide the very best mortgage advice on residential, buy-to-let, bridging commercial, overseas purchases as well as associated protection products.

Required skills and experience:

Minimum of 1 year mortgage broking experience is essential

Hold full CeMAP qualification

Experience of protection products would be an advantage

Proven track record of offering excellent service and advice

The ability to build and nurture strong client relationships

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisation and time management skills

Self-motivated and driven to succeed

Positive, upbeat and solution-focused

Reliable and acts with integrity

You will receive a generous commission of net income received by Lifetime Capital with a realistic OTE within your first full year, building year on year. You will receive a guarantee of £2000 per month for the first six months to support you as you build up your pipeline.

OTE Year 1 - £60,000

OTE Year 2 - £70,000

OTE Year 3 - £100,000 +
