Mortgage Advisor / whole of the market / Inverness/ £31,500 basic salary (OTE £60,000 - over £100,000) plus excellent benefits / full time

We are working on an exclusive basis with our client, a highly regarded mortgage broker, to secure a top-performing mortgage advisor for their busy office in Inverness.

This award-winning whole of the market mortgage company offers its staff unparalleled support to excel in their role, with their large administrative and compliance backup, extensive training, and quality leads, so you can concentrate on providing the best whole of the market mortgage and protection advice to your customers.

This is a high-earning role offering a competitive basic salary (£31,500), uncapped commission, and excellent ancillary benefits such as pension, income protection, and private medical healthcare. OTE tends to range between £60,000 to over £100,000.

Required experience, skills and qualifications:

1. At least one year's experience as a CeMAP qualified mortgage advisor;
2. Able to cope with high volume;
3. Target-driven and self-motivated;
4. Excellent team-working, customer service, and interpersonal skills;
