Job description

Due to continued growth, our market-leading, award-winning Estate Agency client is seeking Experienced Mortgage Advisors to join their successful team. This is a full-time, permanent job opportunity based at their central hub in Quedgeley, Gloucester.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting face-to-face and telephone appointments with clients
2. Providing advice & recommendations to clients
3. Arranging mortgages and protection policies to meet KPIs
4. Responding promptly and effectively to all client communications
5. Motivating and collaborating with colleagues

Candidate Attributes:

1. Full CeMap qualification or equivalent CF1 & CF6
2. Minimum of 12 months Mortgage Advisor experience
3. Strong planning and organisational skills
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills
5. Results-driven attitude

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm, with a day off in the week (option to swap up to 2 Saturdays per month)

Salary: Up to £60k OTE, including basic salary, car allowance, and a generous commission structure
