Mortgage Advisor

Abbotts Estate Agency is looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Colchester. OTE £40k-£80k.

We seek an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process.

You should be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:
  • Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support

  • Participating in branch meetings to share best practices and build relationships
Skills and experience required:
  • Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven setting
  • Outstanding customer care and service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email)
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
