Job summary

Mortgage Advice Bureau is seeking a passionate Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our team at Edinburgh Office. You will chat with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs and offer expert advice on a wide range of products.

CeMAP qualified, you will guide clients through the home-buying journey, stay on top of lender criteria, and benefit from flexible working, strong commission, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Experience advising on mortgages and protection products.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

Earnings: £30,000 + Uncapped Commission + Full Support

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Chatting with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.

• Staying on top of market changes and lender criteria.

What We\'re Looking For

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) (must have)
• Previous experience in mortgage advising
• Great communicator and genuinely good with people.
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload.
