Our client, based in excellent offices on the outskirts of Borehamwood, is seeking an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process.

You should be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:
  1. Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
  2. Attracting new customers and business while achieving professional goals within a result-oriented environment.
  3. Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, including advising on a range of products and services to meet their needs.
  4. Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and foster lasting relationships.
Skills and experience required:
  • Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent customer care and service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
