Main responsibilities:
  • Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
  • Attracting new customers and business, achieving professional goals in a result-oriented environment
  • Guiding customers through the mortgage process, offering advice on various products and services to meet their needs
  • Participating in branch meetings to discuss best practices and foster relationships
Skills and experience required:
  • Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven setting
  • Outstanding customer care and service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
