Job Title: Mortgage Adviser

We are working as the exclusive agency for our reputable, market-leading, and award-winning client, who is seeking a fully CeMAP (or equivalent) Mortgage Adviser to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis at their Sleaford Branch.

This excellent opportunity has arisen due to the company's continued growth. You will work from a busy estate agent office as a mortgage adviser, with access to a fantastic lead source generated by established sales teams.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Employed package with anticipated earnings of £45,000 - £70,000+ per annum once established
• Salary: £22,000 - £70,000 per year
• Commission pay

Candidate Requirements

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification
• At least 12 months of experience in whole of market mortgage broking
• Sales background as a Mortgage Adviser is important
• Experience within the property sector is useful but not essential

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Alternate Saturdays, 9 am to 4 pm, with a day off in lieu
