Working out of our Harrogate, Prospect Crescent branch - where you’ll collaborate with colleagues and customers in a friendly and welcoming environment - you will establish and grow our mortgage and protection business through providing professional advice to both new and existing customers. We also have specialised relationship managers who support customers with bespoke requirements, including high net worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

You will:

  • Provide an agile and flexible service to customers to meet their needs within their channel of choice.
  • Listen to customers to identify and understand their current and future mortgage and protection needs, helping them to achieve a mortgage package that is fully tailored to their individual requirements.
  • Recognise the wider financial planning needs of individual customers and make referrals to other areas of the bank, where their wider needs can be met.
  • Proactively develop and strengthen customer relationships and, in doing so, responsibly generate new business.
  • Apply the principles of Treating Customers Fairly to everything you do.
  • Develop and build effective working relationships with key stakeholders within and outside of the immediate business area.

Requirements:

  • Deliver satisfactory compliance and quality measures.
  • Have experience of personally complying with business processes, rules, and regulations
  • Have a track record in the Mortgage and Lending environment.
