We have a very exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Adviser to join an award-winning company with an outstanding and highly competitive lead source. This opportunity is for someone who wants to become highly successful and write high levels of business. Their introducers include Estate Agents, Accountants and Solicitors.

The successful candidate will be very hungry, and ambitious and will work from one of their flagship branches. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated adviser on either an employed or self-employed basis.

Working hours

• Monday to Friday – No Saturdays included!

The successful Mortgage Adviser will be offered:

Requirements for the successful Mortgage Adviser:

• Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
• Ability to deal with high volume
• Proven track record
• Fully CeMap qualified
• Full UK Driving license.

Responsibilities for the successful Mortgage Adviser:

• Generating new business for the company through existing and new contacts
• Following up on new enquiries
• Contacting existing clients as instructed
• Chasing lenders, to ensure that mortgages are in place within the required timescales
• Booking in clients with an insurance specialist
• Ensuring that your work meets the required FCA and Mortgage Next Network compliance standards.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all enquiries/applications on the New Business Register.
• Assisting the Company Director with any other duties, as reasonably requested
