Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is launching the Just Mortgages Academy in the UK to train and develop aspiring Mortgage and Protection Advisers. The academy provides a 4‑week training course, on‑the‑job coaching, and access to leading mortgage trainers to prepare you for a successful career.

Basic salary starts at £22,000 with realistic on-target earnings of £35,000–£40,000 and a £3,000 car allowance. A fully uncapped commission scheme supports earnings as you progress in a high‑performance company.

Qualifications

• Must hold CeMAP 1 qualification.
• A passion to succeed in the financial sector.
• A keen interest in the financial market.
• Experience in sales or finance is highly desirable but not essential.
• Excellent customer service is essential.
