Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must hold a CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

• Engaging with people from all walks of life, establishing their needs and wants, and communicating effectively via email, phone, face-to-face, and videos
• Multitasking and managing numerous responsibilities efficiently
• Maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers to capitalize on opportunities while providing high customer service
• Collaborating with colleagues to identify referral opportunities
• Taking accountability for KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities and maintaining relationships
• Having a strong presence on camera to engage with your audience and maximize reach

Your responsibilities as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser

• Generating and maintaining your own client relationships and business, maximizing in-branch opportunities
• Following up on in-branch leads from the Estate Agency team and maximizing client value
• Generating your own leads and business
• Working with various teams to ensure efficient client processes
• Providing exceptional client care from start to finish

Working Hours

• Full-time, office-based role
• Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00
• Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 - 17:00
• Day off in lieu when working a Saturday

The finer details:

It is essential that you currently hold a CeMAP qualification or an industry equivalent.

Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.

We are conducting interviews via video software. To proceed, you will need:

• Legal entitlement to work in the UK (Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• Evidence of your right to work, such as Passport or Birth Certificate

Additional requirements include:

• Proof of Address
• National Insurance number
• Full UK Driving Licence
