Mortgage Advisor Role at Newcastle Building Society

We are offering a fantastic opportunity within our Mortgage Advice Team at Newcastle Building Society. Join a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive work environment.

Full training will be provided to support your professional growth and success.

Reporting to the Mortgage Advice Manager, you will be supported by our experienced team. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking mortgage advice via telephone, video, or face-to-face interactions. You should be comfortable engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored mortgage solutions, along with educating them on protecting their homes and families.

Our purpose is to “connect communities for a better financial future,” aligning with our commitment to removing barriers to homeownership.

Working hours are from 9am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-3pm on Saturdays, with a 35-hour workweek.

About You

You should be adept at communicating across all channels—face-to-face, telephone, and digital—and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy. Clear written and spoken communication skills are essential, along with the ability to think creatively. You must be comfortable working independently but also value team support. Being CeMAP qualified or equivalent is a must.
