We're looking for a motivated self starter to join our expanding team and play a key role in helping our clients navigate their mortgage journey. You'll provide mortgage advice, tailored to their unique needs and be a crucial part of our growing Mortgage team. Day to day you will be:

• Successfully convert incoming leads, complete repeat business and generate initial fee revenue from mortgage business. Our leads are all inbound so you can concentrate on delivering a great service
• Provide expert mortgage advice and guide clients smoothly through the whole mortgage process, from start to finish
• Collaborate with other teams to help our Mortgage department grow
• Consistently deliver outstanding service, helping clients achieve their mortgage goals
• Proactively look for ways to improve our processes and make things even better for our clients
• Keep your up to date with mortgage knowledge and stay on top of CPD and industry developments
• Make sure everything we do is compliant and in line with regulations

What you’ll bring:

You'll have:

• At least 1+ years of experience as a mortgage adviser with whole-of-market experience, or 2+ years with extensive market and panel experience
• In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, regulations, and mortgage products available in the market
• A genuine desire to help people achieve their mortgage goals
• A collaborative spirit and be a great team player, ready to work with others to find the best solutions
• A knack for solving problems and a love for getting to the heart of complex issues
• Excellent people skills, with the ability to present information clearly and listen actively
• Remain compliant – this includes Business Quality Assurance (BQA) grades, CPD, complaints upheld, Risk Events, etc
• Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards with good technical knowledge of FCA regulations
• Solid technical skills, including proficiency in G-suite and Microsoft Office

In return for your contribution we offer a base salary of £40,000 - £45,000 + bonus and benefits

Flexible working We currently operate a hybrid model which is a mix of office and remote. You'll have the option of working from home 2 days per week (Monday and Friday) with the remainder from our central London office in Holborn.

Work from anywhereWe give an 18 day work from anywhere allowance to swap out the on site days or take some time working from another country. Due to regulations this does not apply to individuals that give regulated financial advice.

For those who are not commission based we offer a team bonus of up to 10% provided we meet our team goals. The % allocation is determined on the basis of our collective performance.
