An established industry player is seeking a motivated New Build Mortgage Broker to join their dynamic team. This home-based role offers the flexibility to cover sites in and around Hereford and Herefordshire, with a competitive basic salary and commission structure. You will have the opportunity to manage multiple new build sites, supported by a dedicated sales manager and full administration assistance. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in mortgage advising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. Job Title: New Build Mortgage Broker
Location: Home-based covering sites in and around Hereford and Herefordshire
Earnings: Basic £35,000 plus commission OTE £50,000

What we're looking for?
- Minimum 2 years as a CAS mortgage adviser
- A solid track record and ability to back up sales statistics
- Experience with New Build is ideal.
- Ability to actively service multiple new build sites in specific locations.
- Be able to handle volume business
- Work compliantly
- Work with CRM and tech systems
- Excellent customer communication and presentation skills
- Excellent business development and relationship-building skills
