Lilac Financial, based in Corby, Northamptonshire, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join on a self-employed basis. The role offers up to 80% commission splits, leads from Protection business, flexible working arrangements and admin support within The Openwork Partnership network.

You will provide high-quality, client-focused mortgage advice, analyse clients’ financial situations, use the training provided, maintain compliant client records and actively market services to grow your

• Strong track record of sales and building strong client relationships
• Self motivated with excellent communication skills
• Ambitious with entrepreneurial drive to develop your business network and client portfolio
• Good knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards

Lilac Financial are based in Corby, Northamptonshire and are looking for an experience Mortgage Adviser to join the team on a self-employed basis.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Adviser to join a firm with a fantastic reputation within the network, under the leadership of a brilliant principal. There is an opportunity to mentor junior staff, gaining experience in this aspect of the role.

Your responsibilities will include
