Job summary

A well-regarded estate agency in Chatham is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join their in-house team. The ideal candidate will have at least CeMAP Level 1 qualification, excellent communication skills, and be capable of delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers benefits including a car allowance and guaranteed commission for the first six months, with a base salary of up to £28,000 plus competitive OTE.

Our highly successful and well-regarded Estate Agency client is seeking to expand their in-house Mortgage Services team by adding an experienced and ambitious Mortgage Adviser to their Walderslade office.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the Mortgage Adviser include:

• Nurturing relationships with the Estate Agency team, providing training and support
• Maximizing opportunities from internal leads
• Providing mortgage and protection advice to clients
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Generating your own new business opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• CeMAP Level 1 minimum, or industry equivalent qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving license and access to your own suitable vehicle
• Experience delivering exceptional results

The client offers a base salary of up to £28,000 DOE, with OTE expected to be competitive.
