Job Description

Three new roles have developed within a HNW Mortgage Brokerage based in the London Bridge area of London.

This particular broker deals with Professional London-based clients.

You will be joining a small, friendly team providing top-quality Protection administration support to the advisers and their clients. You will be a strong team player, but also able to work independently using your initiative. You must possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Role:
  1. Processing/administering a high volume of residential mortgages.
  2. Dealing with ad hoc queries from Mortgage/Protection Advisers/Clients/Providers.
  3. Recording and maintaining tasks via back-office systems.
  4. Maintaining client files.
  5. Handling postal activities (incoming/outgoing).
  6. Processing new business (Online/Post).
  7. Loading relevant data onto back-office systems.
  8. Processing Letters of Authority.
  9. Liaising with 3rd Party Providers & Paraplanners.
  10. Preparing Client Meeting Packs.
  11. Gathering quotes, illustrations, Fact Sheets, and Order Projections.
  12. Updating advisers & clients on the progress of new business cases.
  13. Maintaining all client policy data.

This position is available immediately and offers a basic salary of approximately £32k, with a supporting package including a quarterly bonus of £1k. The role involves working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
