Skipton is recruiting for a role in the Mortgage Servicing Team. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in the financial services sector, with a focus on customer service and administrative tasks. Hours:
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a 12 month fixed term contract. Please note this role is mainly based at our Head Office in Skipton.

You will be joining the Mortgage Servicing Team within Homes Operations, consisting of 10 multi skilled colleagues, servicing customers mortgage accounts, we have customers at the forefront of everything we do. We work closely with several teams across the Society, including our Contact Centre, and our branches as well as external contacts i.e., solicitors. Our core role is to carry out our customers requests in a timely manner and with accuracy, ensuring we get things right the first time.
