Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 100 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing.

Due to continued growth & expansion we require aMortgage Administratorto work for one of oursuccessful mortgage broker businesses in Willerby, East Yorkshire.

The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate well with clients, mortgage advisers and introducers.

A minimum of 1 year general administration experience is required.

The position will be Monday to Friday 9 – 5.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £24,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Processing mortgage and protection cases
  • Liaising with all relevant parties (clients, lenders, solicitors, introducers)
  • Administering new cases from application to completion
  • Ensuring CRM and relevant software systems remain fully up to date and accurate.
  • Proactively assisting the Mortgage Advisors and wider team

Mortgage Administrator requirements

  • You must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience as an Administrator.
  • Ideally you would have existing mortgage / financial services / estate agency experience and knowledge, however not essential.
  • You should also have a drive to succeed and good have interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication proficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
