Job Description

This opportunity allows you to work with a well-established Property Finance Lender in Manchester, offering a salary of up to £33,000 plus a £500 monthly bonus, totaling a package of £39,000. The role offers a flexible working arrangement: 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.

Position: Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager in the Bridging Finance Sector

The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Manager and will be responsible for managing the loan pipeline to ensure applications progress efficiently from start to completion. You will collaborate closely with brokers, providers, solicitors, and estate agents to process caseloads effectively and timely.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients before submission and after completion of applications.
  2. Upload supporting documents to the lender’s portal.
  3. Contact lenders/providers for updates and gather additional information or missing documents from clients.
  4. Verify ID and documents to ensure applicants meet lender criteria.
  5. Perform AML and compliance checks to prevent risks.
  6. Update the in-house system with clear and accurate notes.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of administration experience within mortgage administration or case management, preferably working for a lender or broker.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing own caseloads.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
