Job description

A well-established, highly respected Mortgage Advice firm with over 15 years of success is recruiting an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their team due to continued growth.

This role is ideal for someone currently working as a Mortgage Administrator or Mortgage Case Handler seeking career progression. We are also open to considering a senior Mortgage Administrator.

The successful candidate will earn a strong basic salary plus quarterly team bonuses.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Submitting cases and applications
  2. Managing cases from application through to completion
  3. Inputting data into the back-office system throughout the application process
  4. Reviewing and submitting applications and documentation to lenders and providers
  5. Maintaining client management systems, files, and reports
  6. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
  7. Maintaining high levels of organization and customer service

The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with lenders, clients, and conveyancers to ensure smooth applications. The ideal candidate will be positive, motivated, and take ownership of their work.
