Responsibilities

  • Checking and processing new business applications and related paperwork.
  • Conducting electronic identity verification of clients.
  • Following up on new business applications.
  • Supporting advisers with client cash holdings management on provider platforms.
  • Maintaining accurate client and plan records on Intelligent Office.
  • Completing assigned tasks and supporting team members.
  • Assisting with quotations and relevant documentation.
  • Handling incoming calls and correspondence appropriately.
  • Responding promptly to queries from clients, providers, and advisers.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by SLT.
