Mortgage Administrator
Employed £24000
Hybrid - 2 days at home and 3 days Office Based in Gloucester

Our client has expanded significantly over the last two years to become one of the UK's biggest mortgage and protection advice companies. They help thousands of customers find the best solutions for all their mortgage and insurance needs every year.

They are looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join their highly successful team in line with growth plans. Ideally, this person will have experience within the Financial Services industry.

Essential Skills:

  • Preferably previous Financial Services and/or Mortgage experience

  • Able to work independently or as part of a team

  • Enthusiastic, with a positive mindset, who interacts well with colleagues and is proactive in taking responsibility to complete tasks

  • Pays close attention to detail

  • Exceptional customer service skills

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up electronic mortgage and protection files

  • Provide requested documents to the lender

  • Liaise with other departments

  • Maintain ongoing and appropriate contact with lenders, solicitors, and clients, recording all communications on the business CRM systems.

  • Take telephone calls as and when required

  • Following successful completion, close down electronic files

Package:

  • 20 daysholiday plus bank holidays
  • Monday - Friday 09:00 – 17:00
  • Industry qualifications will be paid for
