HRGO is recruiting a Mortgage Administrator in Ellesmere Port to support a team of busy mortgage advisors. This is an administrative role focused on processing mortgage applications from submission through to completion.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage a busy workload while keeping documents compliant and up to date.

• Previous experience in mortgage administration (desirable but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Managing mortgage applications from submission through to completion.
• Liaising with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and clients.
• Proactively progressing cases and keeping all parties updated.
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supporting our advisors to deliver a smooth and efficient mortgage journey.
