Job description

We are seeking applications for a Cellar Door Supervisor to join the iconic Morris of Rutherglen Winery, located in the beautiful region of Victoria.

As Cellar Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Cellar Door environment, including supervision of permanent and casual cellar door staff to ensure a best in class experience for visitors to generate visitation, stimulating membership and events.

Ideally you will have experience working in a busy cellar door, however we are prepared to train the right candidate if they possess exceptional customer service skills, a great attitude, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be flexible with working hours and available to work during busy times including weekends and school holidays.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

  • Previous supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Previous Cellar Door experience (preferred)
  • Sales and customer service focus
  • Basic computer knowledge, for example email and Excel, is essential.
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) permit.
