Job summary

Hana Group in the Lincoln area is seeking a Sushi Chef Manager for morning shifts, with at least 35 hours per week at our new Asian Corner kiosk in Morrison's Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire. The role focuses on leading a small team, maintaining high food safety standards, and delivering fresh, high-quality sushi each shift.

The successful candidate will supervise crew, prepare ingredients by hand, ensure accurate labeling and allergen controls, and start early (as early as 6am) to meet daily targets

Qualifications

• Lead people to achieve targets and maintain high standards.
• Strong understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kiosk team and ensure audit standards for food safety.
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish.
• Label products accurately to meet allergen requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and a safe working environment.
• Start shifts early, around 6am, when required.
