Moto Hospitality in Exeter is hiring a Team Member at £12.83 per hour. Part-time shifts, with 5am starts possible, to help deliver Pret A Manger’s freshly made food and great coffee while providing exceptional customer service at our rest stop.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly people ready to get stuck in and join the team.
• Ability to work early shifts, including 5am starts when required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
