Job summary

Moto Hospitality is recruiting for a Team Member at Cherwell Services, M40 Junction 10, Bicester. You will join a fast-paced team delivering Pret A Manger’s freshly made food and excellent service. Shifts vary 4am–8pm with 35h or 21h contracts; weekly pay and development opportunities are offered.

You will greet customers, process orders, make hot beverages, maintain brand standards, and work with colleagues to ensure a memorable customer experience in a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
