Home Bargains in St Albans is hiring Store Team Members for 12 hours per week, with early shifts from 5am to 9am and flexibility to cover weekends. This role offers a fast-paced retail environment and opportunities to grow within a popular discount retailer.

As a Store Team Member you will greet customers, replenish stock across departments from fresh food to seasonal, and help maintain outstanding standards while supporting your team throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Be the smile that makes a difference: provide enthusiastic customer service and greet customers.
• Teamwork: stock shelves, keep displays tidy, and support across departments.
• Take charge during fill shifts: unload deliveries and get stock onto shelves quickly.
• Handle tills and cash, and adapt to roles across Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre.
